Muddy Banks
Pray to the leaches attached to my feet, I step on soft sand in the stream I compare to a creek. Muddy Banks; wipe a tear and deplete my pain. Massage me gently, my brain. Douse me quickly with an unscented bug spray. I'm alive to speak, allowed another day. Bring back beer and batteries, smile with a freshly washed face. I snort some dust then brush my teeth. Marijuana bliss, I slide between her legs its where I make a wish. Her fears is where I take my piss. Whats become will we forever let be? I've waited for so long ... a deliverer of my pain and misery. A muse of clean clothes and serenity. Scars on wrist, blisters on feet. 3:47 am... a welcomed day!
