Mr. right
Sometimes life brings surprises, it's true, I saw perfection, but not meant for me and you. He's got that charm, oh boy, he's a catch, But deep down I knew, we don't quite match. He's flawless, I'll admit, in his own cool style, But something's amiss, it just doesn't compile. Our vibes collide, like two different beats, And accepting this fact, it's a bitter-sweet feat. His jokes make me laugh, his looks make me swoon, But when it comes to connection, we're out of tune. We're like puzzle pieces from separate games, Trying to fit together, but it's just not the same. I've pondered and wondered, with a heavy heart, Why someone so perfect would keep us apart. But love ain't a science, it's a feeling inside, And despite his perfection, it's a truth I can't hide. So here I stand, with this newfound sight, He's perfect, no doubt, but not my Mr. Right. We'll part with memories, warm and sincere, Knowing that sometimes, love isn't crystal clear. 'Cause I deserve someone who's a perfect mess, A love that's imperfect, but brings happiness. So as I bid him farewell, I'll hope he finds his way, To someone perfect for him, where love gets to stay.
