moving on

I found myself letting go, finding happiness in sadness, appreciating the happy moments while... nursing the sad ones I moved on from what was once was... my happiness memories flooding in, what once was has ended. I moved on looking back... hoping to be stopped, I wept,tears falling with every memory... pain flooded my system, regret drowned me, I wallowed in my sorrows, patiently waiting for you to come back, depression hit me hard, I blamed myself. my life started to have color again I walked on the road meant for me suppressed feelings were let our I accepted the truth, my path was clear I wished happiness on you... accepting that I would miss you from time to time I found myself grateful for you moving on was best for both of us.
