MOTHER'S WOMB
I'm here, yet nowhere In darkness, yet peace Floating, almost drowning In calm, not in need No breath, no hunger No tears, no anger What feeling then, exists? Words fail, truth persists Beyond my grasp to name This sense, this holy claim Not felt, but lived, it's true A life of Godliness, anew Is it possible, you ask? Indeed, the answer's yes Not in the how, but now In the moment, or never, I confess But as Godliness fades Back to life's sad shades To feel that divine spark, Return to where it starts In the cradle of creation, Inside my mother's womb. -Subham Shrek Rai
