mother
my mother fed her first born to a wolf looked him in the eyes and knew what he would do she left me all the same. when she came back for me all she found was a mangled child she scolded me for ruining my dress for crying and bleeding. now when I ask her she claims she did no such thing "I had no idea" "I never did that" she screams forgetting that she admitted it to me through floods of her self centered wine driven tears she knew. my mother admits her wrongs then tells you you're insane, "delusional" her favorite word. I no longer mourn what I'm meant to have in a mother I no longer wish we could fix things not since that night. she left me to the wolves then blamed me for the bites that is no mother.
