More Than
I can’t stand how they say love is simple, as if it doesn’t tear you apart, as if it doesn’t consume you entirely. Reducing it to something so small, something so ordinary, when it's the most extraordinary thing I’ve ever felt. Like just sharing the same sky, watching the same sun rise and set, basking under the same moonlight should be enough. But it's so much more than that. It's about the moments when I catch your eyes and feel a surge of something I can't name. The nights I lie awake thinking of you, wondering if you feel the same way, and the days I struggle to focus because you're all I see. The moments of doubt, the dreams that are both beautiful and painful because they all have you in them. My heart will never be satisfied by just knowing we exist under the same stars. It craves your presence, your touch, your voice. It demands more than the world's simple explanations. My love is deeper than the sky, more enduring than the sun, more mysterious than the moon. I will never be content with knowing you’re just somewhere out there. The world says it should be enough, but for me, it never will be. My love for you is messy, complicated, and it’s real. It’s more than the sun and the moon. It’s every breath, every heartbeat, every thought. And it’s mine.
