Moonlit Maze
Somewhere inside the forest, so deep, Lost under the night sky where shadows creep. Far, far away from home my path astray, Longing for your warmth, my heart betray. Gazing at this shimmering twilight, Adorned by the moon , a dwelling so bright. Memories cascading like a waterfall, As the night's enchantment starts to call. From a distance I hear, the ocean's melody Waves dancing with the wind, a fierce symphony. My tears envy their power, with each swell and retreat, Longing to spill like rivers, wild and unbeat. Glamoured by the stars above, Whispers of a long lost love. But still I wander through this endless maze, No sign of exit, to the ocean's embrace.
