Monsters In The Dark

Darkness engulfs me, Only told a tale, For we know not, Where the monsters dwell, Some under our beds, Some within the dark, Light has a problem, Reaching a dark heart, Satisfy the horror, The blood show calls, Darkness down the hallway, That the Apparition crawls, Sleep only when you can, For you are never alone, The monster in your heart, Could also be in your home, Waiting at your door, Creaking upon floorboards, The demons also haunt, Within many hoards, Legions of death, Rattle in your head, They will stab your heart, Bleeding out till your dead, Gripping onto life, As the last breath, They will not stop feeding, Until they cause your death, For you will see torture, Misery and pain, The blood will fall from your lips, Like darkness falls like rain, Know you are running, From a monster that tastes, The fear of your life, And the agony of your fate, They will gather in the shadows, And claim you unknowingly, And when they kill you, They will move on glowingly, Never caring what they did, Or how you felt, They will feast on your blood, Until there is nothing left
