Trying to escape you is like trying to escape a forest with no end, like a maze that I keep getting lost in. I try to escape you multiple times but each time I get lost in your lies, the words I believe because I grew up forced to believe them, each word from your mouth like a river that you can't cross without falling into. I can't escape because we're too alike, each thing I do reminds me of you, each word I say reminds me of the words you screamed, each movement, each moment, every second, every hour of every day reminds me of you. because your the monster that grew within the roots I was grown from. the monster I cannot escape.
