Monochrome
In a world where shadows never fade, I walk a path where colors seem to evade. Gray upon gray, in every direction, A world in search of lost affection. The sky wears a shroud of somber hue, As if the sun and stars withdrew, Leaving me in this monochrome domain, Where joy and vibrance struggle to reign. In a world of eternal gloom, Where shadows loom and darkness consumes, I navigate a path of endless despair, With heavy heart and vacant stare. The sky above, a shroud so deep, Where no sun's rays dare to creep, A world where hope has all but fled, Leaving me with the demons in my head. The world, a canvas of desolation, In a constant state of bleak stagnation, A mournful symphony in the air, Echoing the weight of my soul's despair. In this realm of anguish and sorrow, I search for a glimmer of a better tomorrow, But the darkness clings with cold embrace, As I yearn for a moment of solace.
