Did you ever notice When the most chaotic things occur There's always this silence. Whether before, after, or in between There's a pause. As almost to say "You've seen nothing yet." From natural disasters To an argument with a loved one There's always that pause A small break before the bomb goes off I'd like to say that life is like that Through all the things Good, bad, terrible, terrific Before doing something scary Daring Brand new Down to taking that last breath, There's that moment of silence Calm. As if to say, "Take in this moment, here. Bevause you never know what will Happen next." -I revel in the eye of the storm-
