Misunderstood
Misunderstood to Understand... In a world of whispers and shadows cast, I stand alone, misunderstood, an outcast. Words lost in translation, meanings misconstrued, A soul yearning to be heard, to be understood. Like a puzzle with missing pieces, I am incomplete, My thoughts and emotions, a language hard to meet. But beneath the surface, a story untold, A heart that beats with passions, fierce and bold. Misjudged by appearances, judged by the eyes, Yet within me, a universe of dreams lies. For I am more than the labels they impose, A kaleidoscope of colors, a garden that grows. In the depths of my silence, a symphony plays, A melody of thoughts, weaving intricate ways. But the world passes by, unaware of the treasure, Lost in their assumptions, unable to measure. Oh, to be seen, to be truly known, To have my essence recognized, my spirit shown. To bridge the gap between what's seen and what's true, To be embraced for who I am, not what they assume. For in this vast tapestry of life's grand design, We all yearn for connection, a love so divine. So let us break the chains of misunderstanding's hold, And seek to understand, with hearts brave and bold.
