Missing Heart
We went on a hike, saw these northern lights and went back home. I asked you where my hand was. You said "You left it with your heart". Next day, we went to the beach, saw this gorgeous sunset, and went back home. I asked you where my eye was. You said "You left it with your heart" The following day, we went to a circus, saw this mirror room, and went back home. I told you, all convinced, that I had found my parts. You stared right at me and waited for an explanation. That's when I said: The moment you told me my hand and my eye were with my heart, I started looking at my chest. Then I realised it wasn't there, you were right in front of me, with my heart in your hands, just as the day I met you.
