I thought you died And yet here you are Standing right in front of me With a stern expression on your face You remember right? When we met When we saw that sunset Before the incident happened We ran away I tried to protect you But eventually that thing caught up to you And you were stabbed right in front of me "Sorry" was all you could say As I tried to catch you You burst into something I couldn't catch And I cried my tears I never told you that I loved you Never kissed you or hugged you But now that you are here alive and well Maybe I still have a chance But I'll save it for another time When all of this is over But what I can say to you is this I missed you so much
