Only one face remains, perfectly misaligned Burned into my eyelids and mind Static blurs through smiles and stares A piercing ebony shrieks into my sight; flares The agony sears along broken things Chained by my own ruined wings Where are you? I can't find your sweet expression of the true The walking corpses stumble with me Hands taking, grasping, I flee Nightmares of ash sift into this waking stage Thrown to the wolves of rage Why am I to blame? Slowly, climbing a figure, the flame My fault, flickering eyes loathing This mirrored hatred seeps, creeping, foaming Fragmented outlines, corrupted Overwhelmed, overloaded, disrupted The claws of tragedy rip open skin Satanic laughter rings sharp, thin Rusted locks, glass heart, fragile code Burnt and smashed to the ground, I erode Lost, blinded, choking, hopeless Have mercy on misery, one of the tenebrous
