Mind@war
In the depths of my mind, a tempest brews, A raw, pulsing ache that I cannot refuse. How can I calm this relentless storm, That leaves me battered, broken, forlorn? To touch the pain is to invite its wrath, A searing agony in its aftermath. I cry out for mercy, for respite, for peace, As my mind tumbles, struggles, seeks release. Fragile and delirious, on life's precarious edge, I'm caught in a battle, a war within my head. Helpless and lost, I hear the screams, My mind, in anguish, shattering my dreams. How can I ease this torment within, The chaos, the turmoil, the deafening din? My mind, a canvas of blood, sweat, and tears, Yearning for solace, to dispel its fears. In this cacophony, I seek a guiding light, To mend the fractures, to make things right. How can I tend to the sore, And soothe the anguish that my mind bore.
