MIDST The rain
In the midst of rain, they longed to be there, But the downpour persisted, causing despair. They wished for a break, a chance to be near, To witness the moment they held so dear. Hope lingered within, despite the wet, They believed one day, their wish would be met. For the rain would cease, the clouds would depart, And they'd finally arrive, with joy in their heart. Time passed, and they pondered what could be, Hoping for a future where they'd all be free. They waited for him, as he peacefully slept, Praying that his slumber was healing, well-kept. They yearned for his return, for him to arise, To see him restored, with hopeful eyes. Whether he returned, only time would tell, But they held onto fMidstaith, knowing all would be well. In the realm of uncertainty, they remained, Waiting for the day when he'd be unchained. And as he struggled, reaching for the light, They wished for his strength, both day and night. May he find solace, in his dreams and his stride, May he return to the way he was, with pride. In the sleeping and running, let healing unfurl, May he come back stronger, to conquer his world.
