Midnight rain
Midnight rain Midnight Rain, a soothing sound, Tapping gently on my window pane, Bringing comfort in the darkness, A welcome respite from my pain, The world outside is quiet, As the droplets fall from the sky, Each one a tiny messenger, Of the tears that heavens angels cry, In the stillness of the night, I find solace in the rain, It washes away my worries, And soothes my troubled brain, The pitter-patter on the rooftop, Like a soft lullaby to me, I close my eyes and listen, To the song of the midnight sea, I feel the weight of the world, Pressing down on my chest, Anxiety grips me tightly, Leaving me feeling distressed, Like a heavy blanket soaked in the midnight rain, The darkness seems to suffocate me, I can't escape its cold tight embrace, And I'm consumed by my own pain.
