Mental strain and abuse is all you new Belittled so much you thought it true Parents bashed and belittled you so deep You'll never make it in this world, the steps are to steep Lack of knowledge and smarts they claimed you had Made it hurt so badly, made you deeply sad As a child you thought, was this really love While every night you praid to grandma above. Tears stream nighlty down your face Wishing that day you could mentaly erase Later as the years did pass neglect and distance came ever so fast Troubled siblings you had to endure tormented you daily because your heart was pure To leave that home you craved so deep The memories left behind you refused to keep Sadly the world was not so kind That's all you new so you didn't mind. A life of mental neglect and abuse To give up you could not you did refuse Mentally beaten and betrayed was a consistent endurenece It made you who you are, created your performance. All you desired was to be loved and respecteced But all you got was lifetime of being neglected
