Mental Prison
A mental prison Is something I can't live in It's more like a restrain Like crying in the rain Your anxiety says “don't do it You could possibly get hit” Your depression says “lay in bed Remember everything they said” Depression dwells on the past Like a failed test Anxiety fears what will happen next Like when someone won't answer your text My mental prison stops me From being able to be me I ask for help, no one understands They just pretend to not misunderstand
