Mental Health
In the depths of my mind, a storm rages on. Dark clouds of doubt and fear linger on. Anxiety grips me tight, never letting go, But through it all, I find a glimmer of hope. Therapy sessions and medication in hand, I fight the battles within, trying to stand. Each day is a struggle, a war to be won, But I know I'm not alone, not the only one. Mental health is a journey, a winding road, But with support and love, I'll lighten the load. So I smile through the tears, and face the day, Knowing that I'll be okay, come what may. So to anyone out there, feeling the same. You're not alone, we're in this game, Reach out for help, don't suffer in silence. Together we'll conquer, with resilience.
