memory
i stand upon her cold and stiffened body breathless, her beautiful pale face covered with bruises, her beautiful hazel eyes which were once lit now lifeless, I recall pleasent memories of her, her beautiful ready smile, the way people loved her, the way she loved people, her always being the centre of attention, the way she was never afraid to show emotion, the way tears rolled down her eyes like diamonds falling, the way her cheeks would flush up while crying, well, none of that mattered anymore, as i look upon her still body, my vision blurry, my hands bloody, now all that's left of her is a memory.
