Medusa
I lay in my bed thinking about that day, that incident that changed me forever. I was 12... He was a grown man, he shouted, demanded and touched me like he owned me. I was just trying to go to school Have a quiet afternoon with my friends laughing and giggling about 'turnip' who got my stomach is twirls. Instead I got a memory I still get nightmares to this day. now I have a tattoo of Medusa as a reminder of that terrible day in May. 13 snakes 1 eye 1 flower each a symbol I carry untill I lay in peace one final time.
