Meaningless
When it rains, baby it pours. Don't you rain no more. Does it amuse you, my funny ways? Making you feel a sense of shame. The city is scary, the houses feel strange Almost makes me happy to change. The village is burning, my house on fire makes me forget all my deepest desires. The moon however, stays perfectly still, not affected by all of this thrill. Laughing at us mortals, smile of steel, 'Who would've thought these morons could feel?' The lady with the flowers knew all along, the only thing that saved was her soulful song. Bring yourself some food, it might be long.
