Me
The relentless cycle of a day filled with taunts, whispers, and isolation. Each step echoes in the empty halls, a walk of humiliation. Eyes turn away like clouds hiding the sun, Mouths move but words are daggers, entering my heart. The classroom, a cage where whispers wrinile and twist, A sanctuary that feels like an abyss. Every laugh, a blade that digs so deep, Every glance, a promise they’ll never keep. The mirror reflects a face I don't recognize, Eyes rimmed red, a sad and desperate lie. Tears collect, but never fall, Holding them back is building a wall. The bell rings a signal of hope, A moment to breathe, a tear to keep. But outside, the insults await. The same cruel games, the same story told. Will the silence ever break, or will my bones? Is there courage left, or only a lie with the words "im fine." Where the insults fade and so does the smile on my face. A day not filled with taunts, whispers, and isolation, But with voices raised in shared liberation.
