Maybe it'll last
In the light of dawn we stand, Hand in hand, across the land, Whispers soft, like a gentle chime, Maybe it’ll last this time. Promises made beneath the stars, Wounds once healed, now bear no scars, With every heartbeat, lost in rhyme, Maybe it’ll last this time. Days may falter, tides may shift, Yet in our hearts, we share this gift, Hope like a blossom, begins to climb, Maybe it’ll last this time.
