maybe I'm not enough

I have been made to believe that maybe I'm not enough, by the people who couldn't love me at all. They told me I was wrong and filled me with self hatred in my body, mind and my soul. And I know it's not easy to heal yourself To unlearn all the hatred and love yourself But I'm trying because I have had enough Of giving myself to people who did want me at all.
