Man beyond Mirror
In fleeting forms, I've seen perfection's guise , Tall, fair , adored with charm's bewitching flame. With lustful gaze and ever- smiling eyes , They play love's game yet feel no inward shame. They woo with words , with touch so sweet and sly, Their beauty tempts , yet hearts they cold betray. They shine like stars that glitter in the sky , But vanish when the dawn dissolves the gray. Where hides the soul who fears to lose true love? Who seeks not skin , but depth and gentle grace? Whose heart, not hands , fits like a woven glove- A man of soul , not just a handsome face . Though fiction seems his noble traits to wear, I wait with faith - one day , he will be there.
