Maggots And Moss
She haunts me, He tortures me. The look of her is burned into my memory, And the feeling of him is a burden in my soul. It feels as if im a marionette, and she's my puppeteer, But it feels like he's fox, and im his prey. To me, she cognitive, And he's just there. She feeds my heart, And he eats my soul. I can't pretend that when I die, I'll go to hell Because I love her, but I also can't prove that I won't. When I die, I'll know I've led a good life, but I Understand that there is no heaven if I can't Have her. At the end of the day, Im in love with him, But I yearn for her. Maybe when the maggots eat my brain And moss fills my heart, then I will truly and Wholly stop yearning for her.
