Lust
You have clung to me like your life depended on it, even when you shouldn't. I give you the attention you want and in return you fawn for me. Why do you want me? Why do I want you? You know I'm not attached to you. You're just a warm fire in the cold winter that is my emptiness, an escape from the pain of loving someone else. You're using me. I'm using you. You want my attention, I just want eye candy. This isn't healthy, why do you cling to me? You deserve better than me. I don't deserve you. This isn't a friendship. This is just an exchange. Still we go on.
