loving yourself

Loving oneself is something that not all of us can easily do. Especially with this kind of world we are living in. And so I wonder. Does loving yourself mean presenting yourself as someone with a perfect image? Is it about always trying to be positive, avoiding anything negative, and ignoring your doubts? Or is it about accepting your flaws, not worrying about what others think, and choosing peace, even if it means losing some people along the way? What does it really mean to love yourself?
