loves cruel hand
In shadows cast by love's cruel hand, Where whispers fade like grains of sand, A heart once vibrant, now feels numb, In echoes of a love succumbed. The tender ties that once were bright, Now frayed and torn, consumed by night, Promises made like fragile glass, Shattered dreams in moments past. Each tear that falls, a story told, Of warmth that turned to bitter cold, In depths of sorrow, truth compels, A soul caught tight in longing spells. The heartache lingers, deep as night, Yet flickers faint, a distant light, For though the path is steep and long, A song remains—it's time to be strong. With every breath, though heavy, slow, A seed of hope begins to grow, The weight of lies, though hard to bear, Gives way to strength, the dawn lays bare. Moving on is not forgetting, Each scar a tale of troubled letting, With every step, a chance to rise, To seek the sun, to claim the skies. So here I stand, with wounds in tow, But trust the road that I will go, For love may fade, but through the pain, I find my heart—reborn again.
