Love ,the beautiful wound🥹❤️
I thought the season of sorrow had passed, that my heart had learned to rest, but love so tender, so relentless has made me its fool once more. I prayed for him, for his heart to soften, for the walls to crumble like dust in Your hands. And You answered but I did not foresee the price of my own prayer... Now, I walk among shadows, where love is met with disdain, where those who cherish him despise me, and I must retreat to keep the peace. Yet, how do I silence a heart that still beats for him? How do I erase the sanctuary he has found in me? To be close is to break, to pull away is to bleed.... So I bring my ache to You, O Lord, for love has cost me more than I knew..... Teach me to surrender, to find my refuge in the One who never turns love into war. Even if I end up becoming distant from him because of all this, I am at peace knowing I contributed to his growth and healing. It may seem small to others, but those moments in prayer, speaking to Abba about his heart, mean everything to me. I am grateful to see progress in him. Even when he gives the glory to others, it’s alright. I have done my part, and that’s enough for me...
