love or attraction
In the twilight's hush, where shadows dance, I find myself caught in a trance. Is it love that stirs my restless soul, Or just attraction's fleeting role? His eyes, like stars, draw me near, But is it love that casts this fear? When he smiles, my heart does race, Yet doubt lingers in this sacred space. A touch, a glance, a whispered word, Emotions flutter like a bird. But do these feelings hold their ground, Or will they fade without a sound? The night is long, the questions deep, In dreams, his presence starts to seep. Is it love, a bond so true, Or just the thrill of something new? In the morning light, perhaps I'll see, The truth of what this means to me. For now, I'll cherish what we share, A dance between the love and the affair.
