Love Is Easy

Love is easy when it's not pain, A long walk in the freezing rain, With cold wet feet and frozen tears, In darkest night with all my fears. It is those times we made us cry That was the hardest to get by. But I know we're not the same; The way we were, when we became. As we've watched the years go by, The love we've known, you and I; Has grown to be so rich and pure, And both of us are more mature. I love you more than anything. And I thank God for everything! I would gladly do it all again, But this time, without the pain.
