Love hates me
- Love is a journey, a lesson learned along the way - It starts with self-love, to find peace every day - In the chaos of emotions, sometimes it's hard to see - How loving you can help me find love within me - I've faced darkness and pain, too many times to count - Love may not heal all wounds, but it's a guiding light - And maybe you can be there, to hold my hand through the fight - A brief moment of solace, where everything felt right - Hope flickers in the hearts of those who fall every day - But fleeting is its nature, it never seems to stay - I thought loving you would heal me, make me whole - But love can't exist alone, it needs someone to hold - Love's reciprocity can be a cruel game, leaving me haunted - Should I stay because you're worth it, or leave because I'm unwanted? - The truth remains clear, though it stings deep within - Your actions spoke louder, revealing intentions so dim - It should be an easy decision, but I'm left questioning - Love's betrayal lingers, unsettling thoughts echoing - Love is a complex path, twisted and unforgiving - But in the midst of heartache, I'll keep on living - For love may not love me back in the ways I yearn - But I'll continue to seek love, hoping it will return
