LOUD THOUGHTS

In my mind there are thousands of voices screaming at me and i cant shut them off. My hands are shaking and i cant stop it. My heart is pounding and i cant slow it down. My palms are sweating and i cant wipe the sweat away. "There are too manny voices i think" to myself as i cover my ears hoping it will help, but it does not. When its over, the world finaly stops to spin and i can finaly breath again
