Lost and Found in Pages
When I open a book, I soak in the words, I get lost in the pages, where worlds are unfurled. Sometimes I become a part of the story, Tune the world out, and let my heart be free. In ink and paper, I find my escape, A realm where dreams and imagination shape. The characters' struggles, their triumphs and strife, Become my own, a reflection of life. As I turn the pages, the world outside fades, And in the silence, my soul is made. The words on the page, a symphony plays, Transporting me to distant lands and days. In this sanctuary, I find my peace, A place where worries, fears, and doubts release. The world may roar, but in these pages, I'm free, Lost in the story, where love and magic be.
