Lost and alone
Lost in the darkness of my mind, Afraid of what I might find, Haunted by demons of my past, Alone in this battle that seems to last , My mental health is a constant fight, Against the shadows that lurk in the night, Whispers of doubt fill up my head, Telling me I'd be better off dead, I try to push them far, far away, But they always seem to want to stay, A constant reminder of all my flaws, A never-ending mental health war, Alone in this battle against my mental health, Lost and alone as darkened thoughts take control, Scared as the demons start to take hold of my soul, Struggling to find peace, and regain my inner wealth, The eerie whispers of the demons , Echoing taunting words in my ears, Telling me i am nothing, i am worthless, As they fuel all of my hidden fears.
