Lost Again
The soul has been searching for peace. This time, it's no longer to be found. Even in the four corners of the room, where it should feel like home. Even inside the heart of the kindest, it's starting to get tired. The warmth that once embraced its whole being eventually fades. Slowly, it turns into hatred. Eyes don't tell lies. Indeed, they are the window of the soul. A cold stare, like ice; emotions are just a cold, empty vial. There's no forgiveness found; their minds are in a mess. The cycle of mistakes repeats itself, over and over. Asking for forgiveness, just for the desired peace. Is it worth it to forgive, if the behavior remains unchanged?
