Lost
Mistaken, lost — confused by the path. Is this reality, or just a cruel trick? I wander alone, an exception to the rule, The only soul stranded on this silent shore. Did you drift away, swayed by the tide? Or was I left behind, forgotten in the wake? Come on... admit it — I'm utterly alone. Parents — not a refuge, not a place for love. So I silence my heart and tuck away my dreams. Responsibility whispers harshly: "Carry your burden. Speak no more." Only when flowers bloom — Only when life dares to shine again — Will I know if I ever belonged. But this place? It was never meant for me. What is love but a hollow metaphor? A shadow tied to fleeting desire. Love without longing? It doesn’t exist. I was born to stand alone — So why waste my breath calling out to those Who were never mine to know?
