losing your mind

I can't take this pain it making me so crazy that all I won't to do it cry and scream and yell and do things that i shouldn't do . my mid is about to make me totally crazy I'm about to take it to a whole new level abd when i do that i well lose my whole entire mind. please can someone help me I don't want to go to jail my life is about to be so tragic and I can't keep it together anymore I need help very badly or should I just kill myself to make my life better as I died
