Look Up To Yah
When tribulation's dark clouds gather fast, And life's tempests rage, leaving you aghast, When mortal strength falters, and hope begins to wane, Look up to Yah, your steadfast, heavenly refrain. In times of anguish, when heart and soul are torn, And despair's bleak shadows leave you forlorn, When every step feels like a Sisyphean test, Look up to Yah, your rock, your eternal rest. When loneliness besets, and fears assail, And darkness closes in, with no escape trail, When tears fall like autumn's relentless rain, Look up to Yah, your comfort, your guiding light sustain. For He is El-Shaddai, the Almighty One, Your Jehovah-Nissi, the banner of strength undone, Your Jehovah-Rapha, the healer of your soul, Your Yahweh-Shalom, the peace that makes you whole. In His loving arms, find solace and reprieve, A refuge from life's storms, a sanctuary to believe, For He carries you on eagle's wings, so high, Above life's turbulence, to the calm, clear sky. So when life's journey becomes a labyrinthine test. And every step feels like a weighty, crushing quest, Look up to Yah, your North Star, shining bright, Guiding you through darkness, into His radiant light. For in His presence, all fears, doubts, and pains subside
