Long journey
On a long journey, I found myself tired, I sat on stump, only to see myself admired, I asked for their name, they did not do the same, for it was something else they required, filled with dread, I felt the conversation expire, I got up to leave, but it was me that they desired, I tried to run, but was stunned, as they removed their hood, no man looking back at me, but a skull where a face once stood, I began to scream, but instead, the skull pointed, showing I was dead, thinking that I was misled, I pleaded with the skull, who said, The afterlife is easy for a traveler to tread, it was at this time, I awoke, safe inside my bed.
