Lonely
"I'm lonely," they'll say, "I have nothing left." But lonely is not knowing if the sun will ever shine or even if you'll make it to 29. Lonely is knowing that the stars don't align, and although you are surrounded by hundreds, you still feel alone on the inside. Alone is a choice, normally not right , while lonely is sitting in your bed wishing for a soft hand to land on your head. As I have grown older, I have realized that it's not about the jewls but the relationship on the inside. If lonely was a color, it would be blue because the feeling inside is taboo. Sitting in the sand with your warmth against mine it made me realize that you only need one good friend to survive.
