lone nights
When twilight falls, the night begins, I find myself where silence wins. The world outside seems far away, In shadows deep, I drift and sway. The moonlight filters through my room, Its silver beams dissolve the gloom. Yet emptiness within me grows, A silent ache that no one knows. The ticking clock, a steady beat, In solitude, my heart's retreat. No voices soft to fill the air, No tender touch, no one to care. I watch the stars with weary eyes, Their distant light, my only prize. In this lonely night, my thoughts do stray In the raw loneliness peaceful dedication I kneel down and pray tell God about my sorrows and as well praise him heal my scars made with pain I know it will help @harun son of savannah
