Locked Up Love
The person you love looks at you with hate and confusion, leaving you with fear in your heart, everything between you two feels like it is falling apart, the look in their eyes so empty, emotions so mixed up inside, leaving you so lonely and unloved, persuading you to hide, not knowing what is expected of you, or how to act or feel, what emotion to bestow upon them, excessive pain so unreal, abandoned and broken, as your eyes try to hold back the tears, as all the happy memories float through your mind and then disappear, a love you thought was strong and unbreakable, now broken and scared to be hurt, worried they don’t feel the same, and afraid that it will never work, so much feeling locked up, ready to explode, suffering patiently, for the end to unfold, past regrets are the reason for what one feels now, preying for a happy ending, on my knees I bow down.
