Living With Depression
Living with depression, In the shadows of my mind, Lies a pain that's hard to find. Depression whispers in my ear, Telling me what I don't want to hear. Life feels heavy, burdened by the past, But I know this pain won't last. I'll take a step, then another one, Until the battle is finally won. I'll seek help from those who care, Knowing that they'll always be there. Together we'll face the darkest night, And find a way to see the light. The past may haunt, but I'll be strong, For in my heart, I know I belong. With each day, I'll find my way, And let go of the pain that wants to stay. So if you're feeling lost or alone, Just remember, you're not on your own. Reach out and take someone's hand, Together, we'll make a stand.
