Little did we know how life will turn out. Little did we know as we grew the joy we felt would get so complicated. Little did we know that the people we knew would come and go along the way. Little did we know love would be something special and turn into something else both good at times and bad as in to question if love was even there to begin with. Little did we know our smiles would hide a dark sadness, and would get harder make- believe happiness. Little did we know the cost of living a lie would finally take its toll, slowly corrupting our nature and standards. Little did we know how strong we are and all the battles we've overcome have been fought alone so in isolation the only consolation is knowing who we are.
