Little do you know
Their words cut deep And they made me weak. Cause these words are what I think of when I'm awake at night Or when im lonely and nothing seems right. But yeah I let them talk. Just how you told me to. But little do you know how much it hurts And with every word it just get worse? Little do you know that I start to believe those things And that their words influence my feelings But yeah I don't show my hurt Just how you taught my to. Showing hurt is weak and weakness is a defeat. I was raised to hide my hurt And never ever let them see what's going on inside of me. So I guess you're right. I let them talk And act like everything is fine. Even if it tears me up on the inside. They will never see how much it hurts and that they all make my situation worse. I think that is alright. But little do you know that it makes me break inside?
